Who we are
Mary-Jane Halpin Founder & Director
Mary-Jane Halpin
Mary-Jane is an experienced Director of Human Resources and Executive Board Member with extensive experience in financial services and professional services. She has strong commercial and business skills in leading strategic business change projects. Skilled in leading and driving HR Transformation programs, Organisation Design programs and delivering effective People & Culture strategies that supports the business strategy. She works closely with CEO’s and Senior leadership teams as a strategic advisor and coach. Mary-Jane is a highly motivated, results oriented leader with passion, drive and determination to develop highly effectives teams and create a workplace culture of high engagement, inclusion and success.
She holds a Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, Diploma in Employment Law from UCD and BA (Hons) in Business and HR from Dundalk Institute of Technology. She is a chartered member of the CIPD, has completed the Chartered Insurance Director program with Trinity Business School and is a Qualified Financial Advisor.
